Description This role will underpin our ability to scale effectively. By improving visibility, accountability, and alignment across sales and marketing, the Apprenticeships Revenue Operations Manager will directly impact learner starts, revenue growth, and team performance.

Role Information

DUTIES

  • Own and optimise Salesforce CRM, ensuring it's designed to provide accurate, useful insights across the full revenue funnel.
  • Work with the Reporting team to design and maintain real-time dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators across sales, marketing, and learner start metrics.
  • Develop and embed consistent sales KPIs, pipeline processes, and forecasting to support better decision-making and accountability.
  • Act as a strategic link between Sales and Marketing, aligning campaign efforts, lead flow, pipeline quality, and conversion metrics.
  • Track and challenge Sales agents on conversion and performance of MQLs.
  • Manage relationships and performance with external lead generation partners, ensuring ROI and alignment with growth targets.
  • Streamline sales processes to reduce friction, improve handoffs, and enable more time spent on revenue-generating activity.
  • Analyse data to uncover trends, identify performance gaps, and highlight revenue opportunities.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all revenue-facing teams are working with shared goals, metrics, and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvements in data quality, visibility, and system efficiency to support both growth and compliance.
  • Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a track record of influencing business decisions through data.
  • Experience aligning sales and marketing functions - from lead generation to conversion and beyond.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and break down silos across teams.
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, including dashboard/report creation, automation, and integrations desirable however training can be provided,
  • Experience in the Education sector, particularly in a commercial or operational role.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead attribution models.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and compliance in relation to B2B data management.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and sales process design.
