Apprenticeship Specialist (m/f) Workplace: Martigny Your mission: As the apprenticeship specialist, you are the point of reference for the practical and theoretical training of apprentices and electricians. You ensure the delivery and monitoring of training in line with the company's objectives and requirements. Responsibilities: - Direct and train apprentices in the technical field in compliance with quality, environmental, and safety system procedures. - Periodically follow up and assess the apprentices' progress in accordance with the company's requirements and professional standards. - Participate in the recruitment of future apprentices with the help of the apprenticeship manager. - Propose and/or monitor the necessary training related to your activity and participate in meetings and seminars dealing with apprenticeship management (FocusMem, SwissMem, etc.). - Substitute for the apprenticeship manager regarding the management of hours, absences, as well as compensations. - Conduct maintenance activities of the training center and other central facilities in strict compliance with the legal and safety regulations imposed by HYDRO. - Ensure the safety of individuals by controlling machines and equipment.Skills:- CFC / electrician mechanic with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a master trainer or in a company, confirmed experience in Siemens. - Ability to work in a team and to share knowledge. - Experience in supporting groups of young people, able to manage temporary work overloads.
