Job Details Salary: £26,255 Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours Location: VHQ, Crawley, hybrid 3 days a week in the office Contract: Fixed Term Contract 24 months Closing Date: 20th July 2025 In a nutshell Are you curious about how digital experiences come to life-and how they could be even better? As our new Apprentice Product Owner, you'll be joining the Customer Experience team at the heart of transforming how our customers interact with us online. Whether it's simplifying self-service, enhancing flight search, or unlocking new ancillaries, you'll play a key role in shaping part of the digital journey that millions of our customers rely on. With guidance from a Product Manager and a collaborative squad of engineers, designers, and analysts, you'll learn to prioritise features, deliver real value, and continuously improve the experience-all while growing your product mindset and learning the ropes of agile ways of working. You'll also build an understanding of how to manage stakeholders effectively-understanding their needs and communicating trade-offs clearly If you're proactive, people-savvy, and passionate about digital, this is your runway to take off. Day to day 
- Maintain and refine the product backlog in alignment with the roadmap
- Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria alongside the squad
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint rituals to support timely delivery
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure features meet user needs and business goals
- Analyse product performance data and customer feedback to recommend improvements
- Partner with UX and data teams to iterate on features and designs
- Communicate updates and gather input from stakeholders across the business
- Support your Product Manager with planning, prioritisation, and strategy discussions
