Applications Manager Manager (Housing) Hybrid working - London
My established housing association client is seeking an experienced Applications Manager to over see and manage their Maintenance Service repairs applications. This is a 40/60 split between being hands on and managing a small team of three and taking ownership for the applications life cycle and developing and maintaining the applications strategy and road map.
My client will be moving their repairs applications to Total Connect in nine month's time and the successful candidate will be overseeing their current repairs applications Total Repair, Total Mobile and Advanced DRS before they transition to Total Connect. It is essential that the candidate has proven commercial experience with all these applications.
Skills and experience required
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions to non-technical audiences
* Proven experience of leading a team
* Strong knowledge and experience with Total Repair, Total Mobile and Advance DRS
* Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft operating system and environment
* Experience within the social housing sector would be extremely beneficial
