We are now looking for a Functional Application Support willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in an international project based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support for a booking application within Asset Liability Management & Treasury
- Manage incident resolution and ensure platform stability
- Act as a bridge between business users (Front Office & Middle Office) and IT teams
- Contribute to release management and system improvements
- Create and maintain support documentation and user guides
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
- Collaborate with project, IT and business teams to enhance user experience
Technical Profile:
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience with UNIX environments
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Knowledge of Financial Markets (especially debt & cash-flow instruments)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
