Apparel Product & Ops Manager, Supply Chain & NPD (Hybrid)

HAYA, a modest activewear brand for Muslim women, is seeking a Product & Operations Manager in Manchester on a hybrid basis. You will own the end-to-end NPD and operations calendar, coordinating sampling, tech packs, and supplier alignment to ensure product launches meet market needs.

This is the first hire in the department, giving you real ownership to build the system, manage critical paths, and drive business impact while supporting our mission and community.
