APP Experience Specialist - MADRID

At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a APP Experience Specialist to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.

You are the project manager to make products work better for consumers: you notice issues/bugs and cooperate with R&D to fix them; you listen to consumers, understand their requirements/preference, and help HQ to implement them on products to improve user APP experience.

Responsibilities:

• APP usability experience improvement (app good to use)

based on the provided top APP list to do the experience test, find the issues and assist R&D team to analysis and fix the issues (provide the logs and video record to HQ), track the issues until fixed;

• APP obtainability experience improvement (app good to get)

Based on the Top app list to do periodic check each app obtain patch correct or not, work with R&D team to improve it, make sure the app can be found in AG easily and correctly;

• VOC analysis (positioning the app issue)

Contain service VOC and NSS (Net Satisfaction Score) user issues analysis, identify the exact app issue and report to region and R&D team, track the issues until fixed;

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor degree or above. Education background in the major of Computer Science, Telecommunication, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline are preferred;
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people (consumers, engineers, customers, marketing and retail team members, etc.).
• Target country language, also fluency in English.

Conditions of the position

• Contract Type: Indefinite whit us.
• Location: Madrid. 100% on-site.
• Schedule:Full time from Monday to Thursday from 09:30 to 18:30 and Friday from 09:30 to 16:00 with the breaks established by law.
• Salary range: 21.000-28.000€ brutos anuales.
• 200 per month in restaurant card.
