We are seeking a Front End Angular Engineer to develop and deliver user-centric web applications. The role involves translating complex business requirements into functional, maintainable, and compliant software solutions. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in modern Front End development practices, design patterns, and UI/UX principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to refine and deliver Front End solutions that prioritize user experience.

• Contribute to story refinement and define requirements with a focus on UX/UI and Front End aspects.

• Assist the team in estimating effort required to complete stories/requirements throughout the delivery life cycle.

• Perform spikes or proofs of concept to mitigate risk or explore new technologies and approaches.

• Develop and unit test code to meet story acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.

• Support the team in resolving technical complexities related to Front End delivery and UI/UX development.

• Stay current with web development trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance user experience.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience developing responsive, interactive web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong programming skills, with understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

• Excellent knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

• Experience designing and delivering accessible user interfaces.

• Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and standards compliance testing.

• Experience with React or other Front End frameworks.

• Familiarity with data science or machine learning concepts and tools.

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the UX/UI community.

• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI (GenAI) concepts, RAG, or prompt engineering.
