Ancillary Services Team Member

Ancillary Services is a key team within the Request to Pay (RTP) function and its responsibilities include the payment and processing of Revenue & HMRC returns, management and administration of the Corporate Procurement Cards, completion and filing of EU Intrastat returns, management and administration of the One Time Vendor (OTV) payment solution and resolving Customs & Freight queries for goods imported and exported.
The team also ensure that key policies and procedures are in in place and up to date
Key Responsibilities- Preparation for tax dept and filing of Irish & UK HMRC VAT Returns.
- Reconciliation of RCT and PSWT returns with Revenue statements.
- Customs & Freight administration, including maintenance of SADs Customs documentation and communication with freight companies.
- Provide support for Corporate Procurement Card program including VAT reporting.
- Participating in project work, process improvements and systems testing as required.
- Supporting performance and governance through data analysis and reporting.
- Relevant Business or Accounting Technician qualification
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Strong numerical and analytical capability
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of ROS and HMRC tax filings
- Experience of SAP
This position will be based in Gracedieu Road, Waterford.
