Analytics Product Manager, Product Management

As a Product Manager at Elekta, you'll lead the development of advanced analytics tools that empower oncology clinics to make smarter, data-informed decisions. Collaborating closely with software engineering and clinical partners, you'll define and deliver solutions that unlock actionable insights from complex healthcare data. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of your product domain, strong technical acumen, and the ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable, impactful products that align with Elekta's mission to improve patient outcomes.
What you'll do at Elekta:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provide in-depth insight into market and stakeholder needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, in co-ordination with Elekta's other business, development and commercialization teams.
Define and align the vision, strategy and roadmaps, working collaboratively across different functions and business-lines.
Elevate lifetime profitability and grow market share through a combination of innovations and optimization of current offerings.
Identify opportunities and drive key terms for strategic business partnerships.
Partner with customers, or support partnerships led by other functions, throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
Provide oversight and governance to ensure ongoing value proposition creation over the end-to-end product lifecycle and execute within product creation and commercialization, ensuring consistency and modular design.
Define, monitor and drive business cases for new and existing products and services.
Develop business requirements for both new products and enhancements to existing products; work with research and engineering on functional specifications and feature/function prioritization.
Collaborate with key partners across the business to ensure product safety, reliability, and performance meets industry standards.
Work closely with downstream partners for seamless go-to-market strategies.

What you bring:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years' experience in the clinical, technical or product area of responsibility.
Ability to use subject matter expertise and knowledge to collaborate and influence across functions.
Proven track record as a Global Product Manager in the medical device industry with strong business acumen
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and convey complex technical solutions that combines hardware, electronics and software.
