Job Overview
As an Analytics Manager at Exactius, you will take on a dual role that blends technical expertise and business strategy. You will be responsible for implementing tracking solutions (e.g., ad platform events, cookies, pixels) while ensuring UTM parameters are properly captured to enable precise conversion attribution in our clients' BI platforms. Acting as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, you will translate business requirements into actionable steps for
developers, data engineers, and analysts. You will coordinate product implementation, ensuring
clients have robust tracking systems to provide the necessary data for accurate campaign
performance reporting and conversion attribution.
Key Responsibilities
Tracking and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of tracking solutions, including ad platform events, cookies, pixels, and more. Ensure tracking setups accurately capture UTM parameters so the BI platform can correctly report on campaigns and assign proper credit for conversions.
Technical Consulting: Serve as the primary technical consultant during the onboarding of Violet, helping clients understand and implement their data infrastructure and tracking systems.
Client Coordination: Act as the project manager during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new partners while aligning marketing, technical, and business objectives.
Business-Technical Translation: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, data engineers, and analysts to translate business requirements into technical actions that meet client needs.
Data Flow Management: Analyze and understand the full data flow from tracking setup to reporting. Provide recommendations for optimization, ensuring data integrity for accurate attribution.
Technical Customization: Leverage your basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to assist with custom integrations and ensure seamless tracking and data capture.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal and external marketing, technical, and BI teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Data Infrastructure Knowledge: Knowledge of how data flows from tracking to reporting is critical. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Google BigQuery) and familiarity with tools like Airflow and Tableau are a plus.
