Job Description
Analytics Manager Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 Location: London - hybrid

Data Idols are working with one of the best-known retail brands in the UK. As an Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company's data-driven decision-making strategy. You will lead a team of analysts and work closely with stakeholders across the business to unlock insights and drive commercial value.

The Opportunity

They are looking for an Analytics Manager with a strong track record of managing high-performing analytics teams, driving insight delivery, and working closely with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.

This is a hands-off role, but you'll need to bring a strong analytical background and be confident engaging in technical conversations, understanding the challenges your team may face.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Proven experience delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes

  • Experience managing analytics teams

  • Strong background in SQL and modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau)

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
