Job Description

This role is based in our Letterkenny office - Hybrid 2/3 days in the office.

What you will do
  • Governance and Oversight: Provide effective challenge and enter risk data in OpenPages (e.g., risk assessments, risk events, issues/actions, KRIs); track and report on issues/actions, challenge root cause analysis, and support evidence of closure.
  • Ensure business compliance with PGIM and Enterprise policies, procedures, frameworks (e.g., RCSAs, issues, risk events, Models) and monitor tracking metrics.
  • Define, develop, own and maintain PGIM specific policies, standards and methodologies; standardise and clarify framework components and definitions (issues/actions management, risk acceptance, risk events, KRIs, assessments, EUCS, Models, AI).
  • Develop and implement ORM framework training and awareness; facilitate understanding and use across Risk teams to cascade to business.
  • Create and maintain PGIM wide risk reporting (dashboards, thematic insights, risk profiles) with risk and business data points.
  • Provide formal reporting to senior management and the PGIM Risk Management Committee on risks, issues, KRIs, KPIs, risk events and behaviours monthly/quarterly to increase transparency and governance.
  • Act as first line ORM coverage for Finance and Human Resources: assess and support change projects, targeted assessments; guide and support on risk related issues (risk events, issues/actions, risk acceptance).
  • Coordinate Enterprise requests and act as point of contact for PGIM Risk Teams.
What you will bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting, auditing, operations, or operational risk management.
  • Product knowledge in the financial services or asset management industry.
  • Excellent project management and multi tasking skills; detail oriented.
  • Strong inter personal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to ask good questions and connect concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and creating reports.
