Analista Funcional Seguros

What are we looking for?

A Funcional Analyst, with experience in insurance sector, to join a stable international project, based in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

•Participate in client meetings to clarify the scope and the functional proposal and gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders.

• Generation of Functional/Technical analysis from customers' requirement's definitions on User Stories on the Sprint Backlog.

• Model processes and workflows using tools such as UML and BPMN.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are correctly translated into practical solutions.

• Support the team of development/testing to implement and test the solution agreed with client

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate the validation of implemented developments.

• Create detailed documentation and user manuals for the designed processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in insurance sector

• Knowledge of modeling tools

• Knowledge of ticketing tools

• Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS teams, Confluence, Octane)

• Process design and modelling using UML and BPMN

• Jira

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Database query language (SQL)

• English (high level written and oral)

• Optionally, French level B2 or higher
