ALN Teaching Assistant - Secondary Education Support

Cefn Saeson Comprehensive in Neath is seeking two Teaching Assistants to join the ALN Department, supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role is 30 hours per week, term-time, with a 39-week contract, Monday to Friday 8.15 am to 2.45 pm.

Ideal candidates will have strong literacy and numeracy, excellent communication, and IT skills, with a proactive, patient approach to helping pupils access learning and reach their potential.
