Airport Barista: Early Shift, Night Premium & Perks

SSP Starbucks at Newcastle Airport is hiring an Early Shift Barista on a fixed-term contract until October 2026. The role starts at 3am with a base pay of £12.71 per hour, plus an extra £1.20 per hour for eligible night hours, bringing the rate to £13.91 per hour.

You will join a fast-paced, customer-focused team and contribute to great coffee and service. 18+ and references, plus a criminal record check, are required; prior coffee shop experience is essential.
