Air Export Clerk

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Air Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area. The role will be working with general freight.

Main duties:-

• Quotations
• Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents
• Exports Customs Entries
• Invoicing
• Completing Air exports jobs (from start to finish)
• Occasionally arranging road freight shipments, entries and T1 declarations.

Experience Needed:-

• Minimum 3 years Air export experience.
• Pharma / GDP knowledge and experience.

Personal skills:-

• Good communication
• Well-organised - Able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
• Good commercial awareness

Working Monday - Friday 0900 - 1800

Be part of Export on call rota - 1 week in 8, which would include weekend coverage (remotely - from 6pm Friday - 9am the following Friday).
