Job Description

This role makes Flourish part of how a client's team actually works - service design applied to marketing transformation, not tool rollout.

Flourish is the AI operating system for compliant marketing. It connects evidence, insight, claim, creative and clearance into one auditable flow, so the bravest version of an idea and the safest version become the same thing.

This role makes that system part of how a client's team actually works.

As our AI Transformation Consultant, you'll embed inside client marketing teams and redesign how they work. You start by mapping the workflow as it actually runs today - who touches a claim, where it stalls, where the version that ships is the safe one instead of the true one. Then you design the version built around Flourish, and lead the team through adopting it until the new way is just how they work.

You hold the relationship at a senior level, read the politics and incentives that make or break change, and build the transformation plan the actual blocker demands - not the obvious one. You'll work with Flourish's technical team to scope what needs building, but your edge is the redesign and the change, not the code.

You bias toward action. You'd rather map someone's real workflow this week than present a transformation roadmap for next quarter.

Key responsibilities Client Relationship & Transformation Strategy
  • Own the change management strategy for each client account - the trusted advisor stakeholders bring problems to before they bring them to anyone else.
  • Diagnose where a team's real friction lives: process, incentives, skill, or trust - and build a transformation plan that addresses the actual blockers, not the obvious one.
  • Sequence the change deliberately: identify the highest-leverage workflow to win first, build credibility from it, then expand.
  • Navigate the politics of change. Legal, Marketing, and R&D each have something to protect. Bring them along together to break the silos and blockers.
Workflow Discovery & Service Design
  • Map the current-state workflow in detail: the people, the handoffs, the approvals, and the exact point where a bold idea gets softened or stalled.
  • Design the future-state workflow around Flourish - a clear blueprint of how evidence, claim, creative and clearance should flow once the team has adopted the platform.
  • Translate that blueprint into a practical rollout plan: the sequence, the training, and the moments that prove the new way works.
  • Work with Flourish's technical team to scope what needs to be built or configured to support the redesign - you own the design; they own the build.
Embedded Coaching & Adoption
  • Coach marketers through a defined journey - from awareness, to first win, to regular use, to full workflow transformation, to self-sufficiency - adapting the pace to each person and team.
  • Move people from resistance to adoption: understand what's behind the hesitation and address the real cause, not just the surface objection.
  • Hand the redesigned workflow to the team so they own and evolve it after you step back.
  • Track progress rigorously against a defined AI maturity model, for individuals and for the cohort as a whole.
Flourish Platform & Product Feedback
  • Use Flourish's platform - connecting evidence, claims, compliance and creative into one auditable flow - as the reference model for every redesign you build.
  • Bring real client signals back to product and client success, so what you learn in the room shapes the roadmap.
  • Partner with Flourish's technical and delivery teams so what you design gets built the way you designed it.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in a senior client-facing, consulting, account leadership, or change management role, with evidence you've held trust at a senior stakeholder level.
  • A track record of leading people through meaningful change - with proof that people you worked with actually changed how they work, not just that they sat through a session.
  • Strong diagnostic instincts: you can read a team's real blocker beneath the stated problem, and design a plan around it.
  • Experience mapping or redesigning workflows and processes - service blueprints, journey maps, or similar tools - is a strong plus, even if your background is change consulting rather than formal service design.
  • Comfort with ambiguity - this is a new discipline, and you'll help write the playbook as you go.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, analytics platforms, content management tools) is a strong advantage.
  • Enough understanding of how AI-enabled tools change a marketing or compliance workflow to scope a redesign credibly with a technical team - you won't be building it yourself, but you'll know what's possible.
Success in this role will be measured by:
  • Workflow transformation rate: The number of workflows permanently redesigned and adopted, and the proportion of team members who now default to the new way of working.
  • Maturity progression: Measurable movement of individuals and cohorts along the AI maturity model, from awareness through to full self-sufficiency.
  • Account health: Strength and seniority of the client relationship, and the team's willingness to expand the engagement.
  • Achievement of strategic objectives: Consistently meeting and adapting OKRs in line with Flourish's growth and priorities.
How to apply

Please send your CV and a short email answering the following questions:

  • Tell us about a time you led a team or stakeholder through real resistance to a new way of working. What was the resistance, what did you do, and what changed?
  • Describe a senior client or stakeholder relationship you built from scratch. How did you earn the trust that let you challenge them when needed?
  • What does it mean to you to redesign how a team works, rather than just introduce a new tool - and how would you sequence that transformation in a team of 10-20 people over six months?
