AI Technical Architect (Enterprise Delivery)
Amsterdam (Hybrid) | Up to €1,200 per day | Long-Term Contract | Enterprise AI Transformation Projects
We're seeking an experienced AI Technical Architect to help some of Europe's largest organisations accelerate software delivery through AI-first engineering practices. This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll work directly within engineering squads, shaping architecture, modernising delivery practices and enabling organisations to release software faster whilst maintaining governance, security and compliance.

This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll work directly within engineering squads, shaping architecture, modernising delivery practices and enabling organisations to release software faster whilst maintaining governance, security and compliance.

- Deep understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices and engineering performance metrics
- Experience operating within regulated environments with strong governance requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Kubernetes, Kafka, microservices, security or data platform architectures
- Java, PL/SQL or similar enterprise technology stacks
- LLM agents, agent governance and evaluation frameworks
- SOX or comparable regulatory compliance environments
