Role Overview:The Group AI Solutions Development Engineer will leverage their skills in AI solution development and passion for collaboration to enhance the AI capabilities of Spirax Group. This role involves delivering showcase AI projects using agile lean startup methodology, working with third-party partners to ensure successful AI initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic goals.
Objectives and Responsibilities:- Collaborate to deliver showcase AI solutions that demonstrate AI opportunities within the Group.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to colleagues to develop their AI solution capabilities.
- Use AI showcase developments and collaborate with functional teams to establish shared methodologies, workflows, and tools.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies, raising awareness of their significance and potential applications.
- Assist in developing and implementing the AI governance framework for ethical, secure, and compliant deployments at scale.
- Document design specifications, test plans, AI ethics/policies, and user guides to support governance and compliance.
- Development of multi-agency, multi-modal AI solutions.
- Supporting others in developing AI solution skills.
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to implement AI solutions and change working practices.
- Integrating Copilot Studio with Power Platform capabilities.
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and SLMs for AI solution development.
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.
