AI Safety Engineer - Production-Grade Guardrails (Remote)

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced AI Safety Engineer to lead the deployment and operationalization of automated moderation and guardrail systems across a multimodal platform. You will work with ML and frontend/backend teams to build scalable, observable safety infrastructure from architecture to production.

You will translate research models into production-ready components, define roadmaps for platform guardrails, and ensure robust performance and secure data handling at scale.
