Job Description- Provide legal counsel and guidance on AI related projects and initiatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to AI technologies.
- Ensure compliance with evolving laws, regulations, and ethical standards in AI development and deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with AI implementation.
- Advise on intellectual property issues related to AI innovations and applications.
- Monitor and assess legal developments in AI and technology law to inform the company's strategies.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on AI related legal matters for internal stakeholders.
- Support litigation, as needed, involving AI related issues.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
- Holds a J.D. and is admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Has at least three years of attorney experience in a law firm or comparable setting.
- Possesses strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning.
- Experienced in building AI workflows, use cases, and prompts for legal practice.
- Skilled in driving adoption of legal technology.
- Communicates complex ideas clearly to varied audiences.
- Knowledgeable about workflow, document, and communication technologies.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Operates independently with sound judgment and effective prioritization.
- Works collaboratively at all organizational levels.
- Brings enthusiasm, ownership, innovation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel when necessary and contribute beyond defined duties.
- Competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $225,000, depending on experience, location and other relevant factors.
