AI-Powered Marketing Automation Lead

MongoDB is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to design AI-driven automations across our marketing tech stack. This individual contributor role focuses on orchestration, integration, and workflows, using Workato and Claude, with collaboration to optimize connectors for Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot, and data warehouses.

Based in Dublin with a hybrid work model, you will partner with regional marketing teams, marketing operations and analytics to translate needs into scalable
