AI Operations Designer & Evaluation Expert (Remote)

Aptura is seeking Subject Matter Experts in operations to help design real-world tests for AI models and to produce evaluative materials that drive performance improvements. You will craft tasks that reflect mid-workflow scenarios and rollout targets, ensuring clear criteria for evaluation.

You will work with frontier engineering and research teams to implement and assess AI systems on the designed operations work, requiring practical, hands-on PM and process-improvement experience.
