AI Integration Specialist

We are looking for an AI-savvy professional tojoin our data team. You will be instrumental in embedding AI technologies intoour workflows, using tools like machine learning, natural language processing,and automation to enhance insight generation, improve efficiency, and supportstrategic decision-making.

Location: Hybrid, some travel to our officeswhen required.

What you willbe doing:

• Use AI to explore and analyseorganisational data.
• Develop AI solutions to extractinsights and generate recommendations.
• Automate document review,classification, and data extraction.
• Support calculations and modellingusing AI tools.
• Assess and improve internalprocesses using AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to building a strong,ethical AI culture within the business.

What we need fromyou :

• Experience with AI tools andplatforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, Python ML frameworks).
• Strong data analysis skills,ideally with analytics software (Power BI, Tableau).
• Curiosity, creativity, and acollaborative approach to problem-solving.
• An interest in building ethical,human-centred AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills andthe ability to share insights with both technical and non-technicalaudiences.
