AI-First Customer Success Lead - Mobile Games Growth

Metica is seeking a foundational Customer Success leadership role to design and own the function from onboarding to expansion, applying AI-first workflows to drive value for mobile game studios. The position offers London, remote or other location options with some travel to meet customers.

You will build an AI-driven operating model, define health signals, and coordinate with product, engineering, analytics and commercial teams to remove blockers and scale CS across portfolios.
