About the Digital Acceleration Team

The Digital Acceleration team is a newly established global initiative within our ICT Support Organization. Our mission is to deliver enhanced business value by driving adoption of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, while maximizing the use of existing platforms, including low-code solutions. We work in close collaboration with business stakeholders, ICT colleagues, and software vendors to identify opportunities, create impactful use cases, and implement solutions that improve productivity, user experience, and operational excellence.

Your Role

As a Microsoft Copilot Adoption Consultant, you will:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of our AI adoption strategy, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot and related technologies across Vanderlande.
• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and drive practical implementation of AI-powered solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends and innovations, and translate this knowledge into business-ready applications.
• Apply AI capabilities-such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, SharePoint Agents, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform-to real-world business operations.
• Organize and lead engaging events such as Hackathons, Workshops, and Ideation Sessions to foster excitement and increase AI adoption.
• Design and deliver clear, hands-on training sessions to empower end users to confidently use AI tools in their daily work.
• Cultivate a strong AI culture within the organization by mentoring and supporting users at all levels.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid experience with AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, SharePoint Agents, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform is a strong advantage.
• A deep understanding of AI trends and how to convert them into tangible business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
• A passion for innovation, digital transformation, and empowering others through technology.
• A customer-centric mindset-you understand business needs, listen to stakeholders, and translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
