Job Description: As a founding AI hire at Onsera Health, you will design and deploy production-grade agentic systems to revolutionize cardiometabolic care. Working within the elite Population Health Partners ecosystem, you'll build voice-based intake and patient engagement tools that move beyond prototypes to deliver real-world clinical impact for millions of patients globally.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and operationalize patient-facing agentic AI workflows using LLMs, including voice-based intake and clinician-facing automation tools.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of model performance across accuracy, safety, and latency metrics to ensure clinical appropriateness.
• Partner with clinical and product teams to translate complex medical requirements into robust, production-ready AI solutions and software architectures.

The ideal candidate:

• 0-3 years of experience in AI/ML or Software Engineering with a proven track record of shipping production-grade LLM features (RAG, function calling, agents).
• Highly proficient in Python and modern software fundamentals including clean code, version control, and cloud deployment (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Ambitious, "punching above their weight" builder who thrives in a hybrid London startup environment and is excited by mission-driven healthcare challenges.
