AI Engineer (Python Software Engineer + GenAI)

Position: AI Engineer (Python Software Engineer + GenAI)
Location: Remote from EU
Type: Full-time

We're looking for a passionate AI Engineer who loves turning cutting-edge technology into real-world impact. You'll join a high-performing engineering team building scalable, intelligent applications powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement modern, AI-powered applications.

  • Contribute to the architecture and scalability of high-performance systems.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and design blueprints.

  • Participate in deployments, troubleshoot live systems, and collaborate with end users to deliver best-in-class solutions.


What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years' experience in software engineering or a similar role.

  • Strong Python programming skills and good understanding of relational databases (ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy).

  • Proven experience with LLM-based applications (eg, OpenAI, GPT, or other GenAI frameworks).

  • A structured, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Back End stacks (.NET, Java, or Node.js).

  • Experience with FastAPI or Flask for web apps.

  • Knowledge of virtual environments (Poetry, Pipenv).

  • Hands-on with data processing frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Spark).

  • Testing and quality awareness (pytest, flake8, pylint).

  • Understanding of design patterns and version control systems (Git).
