AI Engineer

Manchester or London, hybrid


This position sits in our Experience & Engineering business unit. We primarily deliver large-scale website design and build projects, combining our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to help clients including Nikon, London Marathon Events, and END. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences.


Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented and passionate Mid-Level AI Engineer to join our growing team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions for our clients across various industries. You will collaborate with a team of experts to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge AI technologies.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and architect solutions using state-of-the-art frameworks and cloud technologies.
  2. Build machine learning models for marketing attribution, predicting customer propensity, segmenting customer groups based on behavioral data, and recommending products and/or content.
  3. Fine-tune Large Language Models to business-specific use cases.
  4. Deploy MLOps pipelines together with our ML engineers.
  5. Work closely with data engineers, fellow data scientists/AI engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI solutions that create business impact.
  6. Communicate with clients about complex solutions in an understandable way, deliver progress reports, and demonstrations of AI solutions.
What We Are Looking For
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI development.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, SQL).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Available to start working in the UK.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV).
  • Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI principles.
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects.
