As an AI Engineer at Gradient Labs, you willEnhance our agent: develop, evaluate, optimize, and expand the skills of our AI agent. This includes dataset preparation, iteration on agent capabilities, testing, and deploying successful updates into our production platform.
Experiment & prototype: stay updated with the latest NLP and generative AI advancements. Prototype and experiment to identify opportunities for platform enhancement using state-of-the-art techniques.
Data analysis: analyze datasets of customer queries and support tickets to identify patterns and areas for automation improvements.
Excited to push boundaries in autonomous agents that mimic human behavior
Motivated to operate in a fast-paced environment rather than long research cycles
Capable of summarizing, replicating, and testing ideas from research papers quickly
Driven by making product impact over academic research outcomes
Persistent: willing to experiment with ambiguous ideas that may fail, and keep trying
Experienced with building LLMs and shipping LLM products to production, preferably with Go
What is the salary?
The final compensation depends on skills and experience but is generally within the top 5% of comparable roles at seed-stage startups.
Where is this role based?
Ideally, you can work from our London office near Liverpool Street Station at least once a week. Remote work across the UK is also possible if you can visit London in person once a quarter.
