AI-Driven Systems Actuary & Tech Lead

Spence is seeking a Systems Actuary in Belfast to lead technology-enabled actuarial and investment services. You will report to the Head of Actuarial, Investment and Spence Consulting and drive the technology strategy across actuarial offerings.

You will champion AI, improve quality control, and deliver Mantle developments to enhance service delivery while balancing client work and technology leadership responsibilities.
