Waracle is seeking a Learning, Development & Enablement Manager to lead talent development across our hybrid Scotland hubs (Dundee, Glasgow, Edinburgh). You will shape L&D strategy, drive AI fluency, and build career pathways that align with our consulting trajectory.

You will design and deliver workshops, curate learning content, nurture inclusive communities, redevelop the Waracle Academy, and partner with practice leaders to empower both early-career talent and experienced teams.
