AI-Driven CSM - Mid Market UKI (Remote)

HubSpot is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the UKI region, with options for Dublin office or remote work in Ireland. You will manage 150-180 client relationships, align their goals with HubSpot resources, and partner with onboarding, up-sell, and renewals to maximize value.

You will conduct 4-5 scheduled deep dive meetings daily, turning business needs into actionable recommendations, while helping customers adopt the platform and drive retention and growth.
