Job Description

You'll own what happens after a deployment goes live: getting trade managers to actually use Solvo every day, demonstrating the revenue impact, and turning early customers into long-term partners and references.

This is a hands-on, AI-fluent delivery role - part customer success, part deployment, part commercial. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with carriers' commercial teams and our engineers to make sure the value we promised shows up in the numbers.

What you'll do
  • Own adoption and outcomes for live customers - measured in usage, acceptance rate and revenue per TEU.
  • Run the cadence with each carrier: onboarding, weekly impact readouts and quarterly reviews.
  • Translate customer feedback into a crisp signal for product and ML.
  • Spot expansion opportunities across trades and regions, and drive renewals.
  • Build the customer-success playbook every future hire will run.
What we're looking for
  • 4+ years in customer success, delivery, consulting or commercial roles for a technical B2B product.
  • A track record of driving adoption and measurable outcomes with enterprise customers.
  • Fluent with AI and data tools; comfortable digging into metrics yourself.
  • Calm, credible and clear with senior commercial stakeholders.
Nice to have
  • Logistics, shipping or supply-chain experience.
  • Early-stage experience building a function from scratch.
About Solvo

Solvo.ai builds the decision layer for revenue management in container logistics. Container shipping moves $14 trillion of goods a year, yet the pricing decisions that move it still run on spreadsheets, gut feel and lag. We sell repeatable commercial outcomes - measured in revenue per TEU, not dashboards opened.

We're a global, technical team spread across Cambridge, London and Singapore, backed by Sequoia, Speedinvest and Frontline, and already live with top-tier carriers. You'll work directly with the people who've sat in the trade room and the engineers building the system that learns from them.
