AI & IT Enablement Program Lead

Fin is seeking a Technology Enablement Program Manager to lead IT onboarding, awareness campaigns and an education program for our rapidly evolving AI-first environment. You will partner with HR, IT and business units to ensure teams are proficient with the tools that power their work from day one.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in program management or learning and development, exceptional communication, and comfort with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
