Responsibilities

• Lead end to end delivery of AI and data programmes across discovery, development and deployment phases.
• Manage and mentor delivery teams specialising in AI, machine learning and data analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and translate them into actionable AI and data initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance frameworks throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging AI technologies into complex enterprise environments.
• Oversee project risks, timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to influence and align on project goals and outcomes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large scale AI, data and digital transformation programmes with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes and build high performing, cross functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise managing Data Modernisation or AI implementation initiatives in complex enterprise settings, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Strong knowledge of AI systems, infrastructure, platforms and tools, with hands on experience integrating AI technologies and advanced analytics to drive business value.
• Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, complemented by relevant project management certifications.
