Agricultural Property Solicitor - Top Tier Rural Law Firm - Senior Level

Overview

Opportunity to join a Legal 500 listed practice as part of one of the strongest agricultural law teams in the North West. You will work with minimal supervision and manage your own caseload and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deal with a mix of agricultural law and property matters including agricultural land sales, farm sales in excess of £2,000,000, tenancy agreements, diversification projects, landed estates, succession planning, rights of way & boundary disputes, renewable energy schemes and other matters.
• Handle national NFU panel work and an existing mixed client base of local farmers and agricultural businesses.
• Assist with business development and help grow the current client network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years PQE.
• Ability to work independently and manage own caseload.

Benefits and Salary

Salary based on PQE level; Associates/Senior Associates/Legal Directors can earn between £50,000 - £100,000. Additional benefits include work/life balance, pension, very generous holiday allowance, ability to work from home, bonus and more.
