Agricultural Property Solicitor - Top Tier Rural Law Firm - Senior Level

Opportunity to join this Legal 500 listed practice and be part of one of the strongest agricultural law teams in the North West. You should have a minimum of 4 years PQE+ as you will work with minimal supervision and manage your own caseload and clients.

You will handle a mix of agricultural law and property matters. The agricultural work includes land sales, farm sales (exceeding £2,000,000), tenancy agreements, diversification projects, and landed estates. Additionally, you will deal with succession planning, rights of way, boundary disputes, renewable energy schemes, and more.

The client base includes local farmers, agricultural businesses, and NFU Panel work on a national level. You will be provided with an existing caseload but are also expected to assist with business development to grow the client network.

Salary depends on PQE level, with Associate, Senior Associate, and Legal Director roles earning between £50,000 and £100,000.
