A highly regarded Bristol based law firm is seeking an Agricultural Property Solicitor to join its growing Agriculture team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of rural property matters, working closely with experienced colleagues while building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will support an active caseload and deliver clear, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts, deeds, and tailored legal documentation for clients
• Communicating directly with clients, agents, and professional advisers
• Managing files efficiently to progress matters from instruction to completion
• Supporting business development, marketing, and wider team initiatives

This opportunity suits a solicitor with up to five years' post qualification experience and a genuine interest in agricultural law. The individual will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a professional, proactive approach. Competence in Microsoft Office, case management systems, and time recording software is essential, alongside the ability to work collaboratively and maintain high standards. Candidates should be organised, adaptable, and committed to client excellence.
