The Role
This is a key opportunity to join the firm's specialist Agricultural Property team, acting for a broad range of clients including farmers, landowners, estates, and agribusinesses.
You'll advise on a wide range of rural property matters including:
- The sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms, and estates
- Agricultural tenancies and licenses
- Rights of way, easements, and covenants
- Farming partnerships and succession planning
- Renewable energy projects and diversification
- Development and promotion agreements affecting rural land
This role aligns with the firm's strategic priorities, which include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal colleagues
- Building a profile as a recognised expert in agricultural property law
- Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships through reliable service and sector understanding

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE) with experience in agricultural or rural property law
