Job Description

Join to apply for the Agile/Team Coach role at Nedap.

Location: Groenlo, Gelderland, Netherlands.

What are you going to do?

At Nedap Healthcare, we develop products like the Ons Suite, Caren, Luna, and MediKit that make a real difference in the daily lives of healthcare professionals and the people they care for. We're looking for an experienced Agile/Team Coach to help teams, tribes, and individuals improve collaboration, navigate complexity, coach new ways of working, and build sustainable improvement habits.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate sessions that strengthen collaboration and development (e.g., Value Flow Sessions, Retrospectives, Kickoffs, Workshops, Trainings).
  • Work closely with other coaches and stakeholders to explore how collaboration can improve, how teams can better organize themselves, and how to unblock impediments.
  • Help people see patterns, uncover dynamics, and make leadership tangible.
  • Support teams in growing autonomy, ownership, and alignment across the organization.
  • Be a thinking partner for teams and leaders, contributing to the maturity of our way of working.
  • Facilitate strategy and roadmap events at Team, Tribe and Product/Suite level.
Your team

As an Agile/Team Coach you will work closely with another Agile/Team Coach, aligning, pairing up, and sharing your craft.

Our offer

In addition to a competitive salary, you receive a thirteenth month, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing that may lead to becoming a shareholder of Nedap. You also enjoy flexible working hours and vacation days; you decide your own schedule to maintain a healthy work life balance. A comprehensive introduction is provided, and continuous professional development is encouraged.

Required experience and skills

You are someone who can guide teams and individuals in their agile development. You ask sharp, reflective questions that get to the core, recognize group dynamics, and facilitate impactful sessions. You combine different Agile practices without sticking to one dogma and embrace curiosity, learning, and adaptability.

  • Experience in product development (mid/senior level).
  • Strong background in an Agile role such as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  • Experience mentoring Leads and Product Owners.
  • Fluent Dutch and preferably English (or willingness to learn).
Good to know

You are available for 32-38 hours. Hybrid (remote) working is common; you arrange your own working hours with colleagues. You are preferably present at our campus in Groenlo at least two times a week.

Referrals

Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Nedap by 2x.
