You need to value and support good quality engineering and be able to influence sponsors and stakeholders towards a more agile way of working whilst adhering to governance/controls, quality standards and industry best practices.The role will involve some Project Management and classic Scrum Master activities for more than one team and will be expected to become comfortable with technical detail at a level of a tech BA. You will improve team productivity by removing blockers and guide the team to self-govern by helping to create transparency.Key responsibilities of the role: Define and manage plans for DevOps worksteams involving cross-functional teams and potentially multiple up- and downstream dependencies. Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organizing and supporting resource management and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards. Understands different approaches to project management (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.) and ensures flexibility to deliver and execute within different ways of working. Support Product Owners in backlog definition, prioritisation and elaboration. Partner with Engineering colleagues in the definition of solution designs, implementation plans, and go-live strategies. Identifies and tracks key technical dependencies and competing priorities Manages and records the risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies on a project and executes formal change control standards and governance. Facilitates issue resolution, providing options and solutions to resolve conflicts across teams. Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate. Facilitates and maintains relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Engages in discussion to reach an agreement and create outcomes, affecting the action, behaviours, or opinions of others. Supports principle of quality being built into everything we deliver as an organisation.Essential experience and skills required: 2-3 years Agile delivery Strong collaboration and coaching skills Excellent communication skills, work effectively with developers Excellent at managing and influencing a wide network of stakeholders Willing and able to challenge stakeholders to adhere to timelines Expert knowledge of agile delivery and project management methodologies Agile ad/or Project Management certificationsJoin us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
