This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *embedding Agile principles, practices, and ways of working into teams.*

About the Role

Our client is delivering a large-scale Agile transformation programme focused on aligning teams, improving collaboration, and driving better outcomes.

As an Agile Coach, you will support teams in applying Agile principles in their day-to-day work. You will work with multiple teams in 12-week cycles, helping them adopt, embed, and improve Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed Agile principles, practices, and ways of working into teams

• Support teams in applying training into real delivery environments

• Define goals, track progress, and measure impact

• Coach up to three teams at a time in structured 12-week cycles

• Identify opportunities to further develop team capabilities

• Collaborate with trainers and other Agile coaches

• Share learnings and contribute to continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years Agile coaching or similar experience

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills

• Experience delivering training and workshops

• Good understanding of Agile frameworks and principles

• Ability to drive measurable change and improvements

• Experience in Product or Engineering environments is a plus
