About the Role
A highly motivated and talented Product Analyst is sought to join our client's dynamic Client & Market team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, evolution, and continuous improvement of Omni Retail solutions supporting our luxury Maisons, helping deliver a seamless, consistent, and personalized shopping experience across channels.
You will play a key role in analysing business needs and translating them into clear functional specifications for digital solutions, particularly across omni channel retail processes and Order Management Systems (OMS).
Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers, you will ensure that new capabilities, integrations, and data flows meet business expectations and align with technology standards.
Operating in an Agile and international environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, its Maisons, and partners across multiple countries and time zones, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle and contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business expectations and system capabilities.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of Omni Retail solutions supporting seamless customer journeys across digital and physical channels.
- Gather, analyse, and document functional requirements related to omni-channel retail processes such as order orchestration, fulfilment, inventory visibility, and returns.
- Support the definition and evolution of Order Management System (OMS) capabilities, including integrations with e-commerce platforms, retail systems, and logistics services.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers to ensure functional requirements are well understood and properly implemented.
- Review and validate functional specifications and ensure that proposed solutions align with Richemont architecture standards and best practices.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support testing activities by reviewing test cases, validating business scenarios, and ensuring that delivered features meet business expectations.
- Analyse incidents or functional issues, support troubleshooting activities, and contribute to the definition of corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of omni-retail capabilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product documentation, functional processes, and collaboration practices across teams.
Technical Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis role.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with Omni Retail commerce solutions, supporting seamless customer journeys across online and store channels.
- Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and order orchestration processes (experience with Fluent Commerce is a strong plus).
- Good understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, including order lifecycle, inventory management, fulfilment, returns, and payment flows.
- Experience working on system integrations and APIs, with the ability to analyse and document data flows between systems.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and experience working closely with cross-functional product teams.
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
- Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments.
- IIBA certification is a plus.
