Duties and Skills
  • Chronic Disease Management programme

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in General Nursing, and Active Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
  • Minimum 6 months post registration experiences a Practise Nurse
  • Eligible to work in Ireland and Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register)
