Agency Chef Manager - Flexible School & Catering Sites

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our agency team for exciting opportunities across schools and contract catering in and around Brighton starting in September. The role is temporary agency work with flexible sites.

You will oversee kitchen operations, lead teams, plan nutritious meals, ensure food hygiene and safety, and manage stock and waste across multiple sites. Minimum 2 years' experience required; references provided.
