Agency Chef - Inverness Arc Hospitality Inverness £16 per hour + holiday pay, £17.93 total

We are looking for experienced chefs to work on an ongoing contract, Working 5 days over 7 shift times from 0700 - 1930hrs ( 8 hour shifts within this time frame) Wages - £16phr + £1.93 holiday pay = £17.93phr Responsibilities and Duties

• Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation.
• Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation
• Cleaning the kitchen & its equipment
• Due diligence, Record food/fridge temps & wastage
• Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management.
• Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance
• Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance
• Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.

What you need?

• Food Safety Level 2 certificate - From last 3 years
• Food Allergen certificate - From last 3 years
• Health & Safety Level 2 - From last 3 years
• You will have an NVQ Level 2/3 Professional Cookery or relevant experience in the role.
• Good Knowledge of food and passion for delivering high quality, affordable, on-the-go and sit-down meals.
• Eligible to work in the UK
• An eagerness to work hard & enthusiasm for your role
