Drive global aftersales revenue growth by developing and implementing strategies across regions, focusing on software and non-software needs. Ensure consistent revenue and governance schemes, and meet annual targets.

Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in English (Advanced+)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and data visualization
  • Experience with data analysis and insights
  • Experience in startup environments and business growth
  • Ability to understand regional nuances

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of automotive aftersales
  • Familiarity with Stellantis' Parts, Services, and Mopar
  • Leadership and business development skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Quantitative skills
