Salary: €25k-€28k plus benefits


The Role


We are looking for an ambitious paid media specialist to join our marketplace advertising team. This role is required due to considerable growth in the client base and the services offered to those clients. The role is suited to someone that loves responsibility, delivering results and is eager to grow their expertise within the Amazon and/or TikTok Advertising platform.

Our clients are product brands that are selling on Amazon and Tiktok. They are mostly consumer products though we do have B2B clients. Clients are based in the UK, mainland Europe and the United States. Our clients are active in a wide range of sectors including skincare, beauty, office supplies, nutrition, clothing, toys, baby products and many more

What You'll Do:

  • Run the day-to-day Amazon PPC strategy for 7-8 brands.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as content, account strategy, and SEO to create successful strategies.
  • Manage client relationships including strategy calls, reporting, and internal/external communication.
  • Lead projects to improve the agency's efficiency, like automation, AI integration, and developing new KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and create insightful reports.


Requirements:


We value attitude over experience and believe that the right person can grow into this role. We do, however, have some minimum expectations


  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing Amazon paid media campaigns
  • Experience analysing performance and creating insightful reports
  • Ability to develop campaign strategies depending on clients' business priorities
  • Experience working with brand POCs, being vendor-facing and able to adapt your communication style to the audience.
  • Analytical skills - ability to deep-dive to root-cause issues, etc.
  • Experience forecasting budgets and sales
  • Fluent is english (written and spoken), another EU language is a plus


Good to have:

  • Experience with Helium10, PacVue, IntentWise is a bonus
  • Experience with Slack, Asana is a bonus
